As well as I’ve been doing the last month and a half…65.3% overall…69.4% with 10-Star Plays…the NCAA & NIT Tournaments have always been my strangest point of the season. It is an entirely different season, these tournaments, and they demand a different set of handicapping standards.
*In the first opening round I knew which Cinderella teams have peaked at just the right time and were ripe to pull the upset or get under the inflated numbers.
*In the Round of 32, where teams that have not faced each other squared off, I was a master at assessing style of play and how that impacts the outcome….like my 10 Star Upsets of Arkansas over Kansas and Michigan State over Marquette.
*In the NIT and CBI Tournaments I know which teams want to be there and which teams do not. Year in and year out I have ridden these teams.
These and many other factors are why I have consistently win during the NCAA, NIT and CBI.
