Pleased to say I went 4-0 in the NFL Sunday, including winning a 100-unit bet on the Atlanta
Falcons (-4) with their their 34-27 victory over the Denver Broncos and a 25-unit play with the
underdog New York Giants (+2.5) and their sacking of the Washington Football team, 23-20.
The 4-0 day meant I have won six straight NFL games. Highlights of the college week was a
winning 50-unit bet on the Miami-OH Redhawks (+1) who knocked off a talented Ball State
team, 38-31, and with a winning 50-unit side/total parlay on Arizona State (+11) and the under
(57) in the Sun Devils last second 28-27 loss to the nationally ranked USC Trojans.

On the confession front I must admit I had previously underrated Notre Dame, BYU, and
Maryland while overrating Memphis. Notre Dame showed in its double overtime win over
Clemson, 47-40, that it has the speed, the quickness and beef in both its offensive and
defensive lines to overpower anybody—and I mean anybody, and that includes Alabama and
As for unbeaten BYU, I downplayed its success because it had played a very week schedule, but
after destroying Boise State, 51-17, as 3.5-point favorites, the Cougars are for real and do not
need to play second fiddle to any opponent. The Boise loss left the Broncos 191-10 at home
since 2000, and it was the first BYU win there in six tries.
An apology is in order for Maryland coach Mike Locksley whom I criticized earlier as a man
without a clue. I based that on watching him absolutely destroy a New Mexico program,
seemingly lost in every aspect of the game. He has the Terrapins off to a 2-1 start and in their
last win, at Penn State, outcoached James Franklin from the get go. The acid test comes
Saturday in College Park as they face unbeaten Ohio State.

COLLEGE BASKETBALL BEGINS IN 9 DAYS…
College basketball teams have been practicing since October 14 and some begin their seasons
in just nine days. Under new rules adapted to deal with the coronavirus pandemic, teams are
limited to playing 27 regular season games. Teams have struggled to put together revised
schedule are bettors are certain to see many unusual matchups. No schedule is set in stone
because of the unpredictable nature of COVID-19. It will be important to repeatedly check team
schedules for possible changes.
I will be offering my usual three cage services—the Best Bets Club (10-15-unit plays), the
Chairman’s Club (all 25 unit plays) and my Personal Best Club for highrollers (50-400-unit plays.
I want to assure you I have been working overtime to prepare for the season and I intend to
come out firing with all three clubs. It also is of note I am considered one of the best college
basketball handicappers in the world—something I attribute to beginning in this business
making the line for scores of bookmakers on the east coast.
Listed below are the odds of the so-called leading contenders to win the NCAA championship.
Personally, my figures say most of the futures offered by bookmakers are far afield—some in
the world of the ridiculous.
